Are your flowers fresh or silk?

Bradford & Magaline specializes in premium silk florals chosen for true‑to‑life color, movement, and longevity. Fresh commissions are available by request for select pieces and timelines.

Is the vase included?

Yes. Our arrangements are composed as complete objects of design. The keepsake vessel shown is included with each edition unless otherwise noted.

What’s the difference between editions?

Petite is refined and compact. Classic is our signature fullness for everyday luxury. Statement increases height and bloom count for dramatic presence. Collector’s includes the Statement design presented in luxury packaging with a handwritten story card; select works include a keepsake box.

Where are your arrangements made?

Each piece is designed and hand‑assembled in Tennessee with a couture approach to placement and silhouette.

How long will my arrangement last?

Our silk florals are crafted to be enduring. With simple care, they maintain their beauty season after season—ideal for homes, boutiques, hospitality spaces, and events.

How do I care for silk florals?

Display indoors away from direct sunlight and high humidity. Dust gently with a soft brush or cool air; wipe vessels with a lint‑free cloth. Avoid water and cleaning sprays.

Do you accept custom requests?

Yes. We create bespoke colorways and scale for residences, businesses, ceremonies, and hospitality. Share your inspiration, timeline, and budget at contact@bradfordandmagaline.com.

What is your lead time?

Most designs ship within 3–7 business days. Bespoke projects may require additional time; we’ll confirm during consultation.

Do you accept American Express?

Yes. We accept major cards including American Express, Visa, and Mastercard via Shopify Payments.

Shipping & delivery

We ship carefully packed arrangements nationwide. Local delivery/placement may be available for select items and events—contact us to coordinate dates and venues.

Returns & exchanges

Because each design is hand‑made to order, most purchases are Final Sale. If your piece arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 14 days with photos so we can arrange a prompt replacement or repair. See our full policy on the Returns & Exchanges page.
