Our policies are designed to preserve the integrity of each handcrafted arrangement while ensuring your experience is one of elegance and ease.


Final Sale Policy

Because each arrangement is made to order with couture attention to bloom placement, vessels, and presentation, all purchases are considered Final Sale.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your piece arrives damaged or does not match the design you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photographs of the item and its packaging. Our studio will arrange a prompt replacement or repair at no additional cost to you.

Custom & Bespoke Orders

Custom and bespoke commissions are created exclusively for the client and are therefore non-refundable. We will work closely with you during the design process to ensure your complete satisfaction before production.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange due to damage or error, the arrangement must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Items that show signs of use or have been altered from their original state will not be accepted.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

How to Initiate a Claim

Email hello@bradfordandmagaline.com with your order number, description of the issue, and supporting images. Our client care team will confirm next steps within one business day.

Exclusions

We are unable to accept returns on sale items, promotional giveaways, or floral pieces exposed to water, smoke, or extreme conditions after delivery.
