While we strive for precision in all imagery and descriptions, slight variations in arrangement color, size, or design may occur due to the bespoke nature of our work.

3. Modifications to the Service

We may modify or discontinue our services without notice. Prices are subject to change without prior announcement.

4. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment must be made in full before an arrangement is crafted and shipped.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, all sales are final unless damaged in transit (see our Returns & Exchanges policy for details).

6. Intellectual Property

All photographs, designs, and copy are the intellectual property of Bradford & Magaline and may not be used without written permission.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States.
