Order Processing
- Made to order: Please allow 3–5 business days for studio processing before dispatch or local delivery.
- Need it by a specific date? Contact us before ordering and we’ll confirm feasibility.
- Orders placed after 12pm CT are processed the next business day.
Local Delivery — Nashville Area
For our neighbors in the Nashville area, we offer hand delivery from our studio. Delivery windows are coordinated via email or SMS after checkout.

Building access, concierge details, and gate codes may be requested to ensure a seamless handoff. Missed deliveries may require rescheduling and an additional fee.
Shipping (Silk Arrangements)
- We currently ship silk designs within the United States.
- Transit estimates (after the 3–5 business day processing window): Standard 3–7 business days; Expedited 2–3 business days (carrier-dependent).
- Rates are calculated at checkout. Oversize pieces may ship in multiple cartons.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Fresh Designs
Fresh florals are available by special request and for local delivery only. Inquire here.
Order Changes & Address Corrections
- Address or date changes must be requested within 1 hour of purchase. After dispatch, rerouting is not guaranteed and may incur carrier fees.
Tracking & Notifications
- You’ll receive tracking details by email when your order ships. Local deliveries are confirmed by message once complete.
